HCDX-Y8 Ultra-Lightweight AC Magnetic Yoke Large Span for Magnetic Particle Testing

HCDX-Y8 is our latest developed AC yoke. It is used for magnetic particle flaw detection and local magnetization of the workpiece. The machine is compact and durable, and is one of the lowest weight and largest span AC yoke on the market. Lifting force and other indicators meet the requirements of GB/T 15822.3-2005/ISO 9934-3:2002, ASME V and other standards.

2. Usage method
 

Connect the power cable to the host and plug the AC plug into the 220V power socket.
 

Place the two magnetic poles of HCDX-Y8 on the surface of the detected object, and apply certain pressure to make the two magnetic poles in good contact with the detected object. Press the button switch, turn on, start magnetization, loosen, magnetization ends. When the yoke switch is turned on, the magnetic powder is applied to the surface of the detected object (dry, wet, fluorescent magnetic powder can be applied).
 

If the surface to be examined is too wide, it shall be magnetized in sections, and the effective parts between the sections shall overlap to a certain extent.
 

Rotate the movable joint between the magnetic feet, and the distance between the magnetic feet can be adjusted between 45mm and 225mm.
 

When using should pass 5 seconds off 5 seconds, can be used continuously for 4 hours.

Please check the power cord and plug for damage before use.
 

Do not keep close contact with other electrical equipment during use. Strong magnetic fields have destructive effects on watches, mobile phones, etc.
 

Do not hold the yoke in the conduction state for a long time (such as dragging  line on the weld), should be on for 5 seconds and off for 5 seconds.

In the DC state, disconnect the connection line between the battery and the magnetic yoke after the end of the work, and the battery should be stored in a cool and dry place, strictly prohibited in the sun, otherwise there is a danger of explosion. Please disconnect the power supply after charging.
 

In rainy weather, please do not work outdoors, rain will cause short circuit or leakage.
 

The unit is completely waterproof except at the power junction. Please pay attention when applying magnetic suspension.

If the device has abnormal noise or odor, turn off the power immediately.

Do not move the device by pulling the power cable. This will damage the power cable.

If the equipment is abnormal, do not repair it without authorization, please contact the dealer or contact our after-sales service center directly.

Check whether there is iron dust on the connector of the power cable. Metal dust can cause short circuits.
 

After use, the magnetic powder on the magnetic pole should be cleaned up and applied with anti-rust oil to prevent it from rusting and sticking.

Note: This machine can be optional charger, battery, cable, optional can be converted into DC yoke. Optional induction LED lighting and inclined magnetic feet.
